Badung Market (Pasar Badung), Denpasar

Bali's largest traditional market, a multi-storey building on the banks of the Badung River in central Denpasar. Ground floors deal in produce, spices and dried goods; food stalls cluster on the upper levels and in the surrounding lanes, serving Balinese staples like nasi campur and jaje (traditional sweets) rather than food styled for visitors. It sits directly across the river from Pasar Kumbasari, a companion market worth combining into the same stop.
